Who Is Ulrika?
Ulrika actually has a very interesting background with the Arisen. While you won’t recognize her at first, she is actually someone that you have already met (before the game started). Once you reach the village of Melve, you will find the dragon attacking the village.Ulrika will tell you that she was attacked by the dragon, and you stepped in front of her and saved her life. The dragon then marked you as the Arisen before taking your heart and leaving the scene.She then nursed you back to health before you were whisked away and ended up in the slave camp as a Pawn.
How To Romance Ulrika
Romancing Ulrika takes time and patience. You will need to work through quite a few things if you want to be able to romance her. Here are the things you need to complete and in the order that you need to complete them in.
While this seems like a lot, you’re able to get it done in a few hours if you just focus solely on working toward a relationship with Ulrika. First, you will want to make sure you visit Melve. Here, you will see the dragon attack, and Ulrika will tell you everything that happened the night you became the Arisen.You can then check in a few days later, and she will be speaking to someone from the castle. They will accuse her of treason and tell her that she can no longer be in charge of Melve.After this encounter, she will ask you to spend the night with her. Once you wake up, Ulrika will be gone, and a visitor from the queen will be looking for her.

You will then be tasked with finding her again, which you’re able to do so at Harve Village.From there, you will need to complete the quest Trouble on the Cape, which has you clearing out a local cave so that you can save one of the villagers from Harve. Ulrika will then ask you to check on her friends and family back at Melve, which will start the quest Home Is Where The Hearth Is. This quest has you helping the people of Melve. Once you do that, you can go back to Harve and have your romance scene with Ulrika.
There is a Portcrystal in Harve Village and a merchant that sellsFerrystones. This can be super helpful when traveling around for the quest.

What Gifts Does Ulrika Like?
If you check Ulrika’s NPC Logbook, you will see that she enjoys Adorable and Beautiful Items. This means that you can gift her flowers, gems, etc. if you wish to increase your affinity with her.
Home Is Where The Hearth Is Quest Walkthrough
When Ulrika mentions wanting you to check on Melve, you will need to travel back to the village. When you get there, a guard will be standing outside the village and will make you bribe him5,000 Goldto get in. From there, head to Ulrika’s house where you will find Lennart. He will tell you that he needs swords to fight the guards that are keeping them trapped in Melve. From here, you have a few options:
Once you have the swords, give them to Lennart and a battle with the guards will ensue. After the battle, Lennart will tell you that they are headed to Harve Village. You can go back and let Ulrika know, who will ask you to meet her later that night.

How To Find Ulrika After Her Quest
Once you have finished Ulrika’s quest, you can meet her at the dock at night. From there, you will have a cute romantic date before she asks you to always come home to Harve Village to her when you aren’t traveling.After this scene, you can find Ulrika standing on the docks or in her home in Harve Village.
