Cyberpunk 2077 - Armadillo In Game Menu

The Armadillo mod is one of themost popular customization optionsthat you can find in the game. This mod gives you a huge boost to your Armor stat when it is attached to any item of clothing. Depending on the Rarity of the mod when you find it,it can change your Armor from 2 to 75. It’s a crazy good mod to get your hands on, especially when youget the Crafting Specsfor it. This allows you to craft it at various levels, which can improve its effectiveness substantially.

How To Get The Armadillo Crafting Specs

The unfortunate thing about finding the Armadillo Crafting Specs is that there isno guaranteed wayto get it in your inventory. This is the case forpretty much every modthat you can find in the game. You have to either find them somewhere in Night City or come across an item that you can then take the mod off of.

These are the two options that you will have to use in order to find the Armadillo Crafting Specs, as while there was a time when mods could be found in certain areas, ever since the game’s 1.5 patch, mods andtheir locations are randomized. So, the first way that you could possibly find the Armadillo Crafting Specs is through the search crates youfind around the game world.

These can be inconspicuous and tucked into corners; unfortunately, there are no easily-found crates that you can come across that will have the Crafting Specs in them. Instead, you will have to beintentionally thorough when searching through the areas. Whenever you participate in an Assault In Progress event, take the time to look everywhere. Loot through every single crate that you can, and you just may come across the Armadillo Crafting Specs.

There are reports of players finding the Specsall across the game’s map,and so far, there hasn’t been one spot that has shown to be more likely than any others. You are just going to have to be persistent and patient in order to find it.

This brings us to the second option, which, unfortunately,is not much better than the last: taking the modfrom an item. If you use the Waste Not Want Not perk, you can destroy an item and take its mod to use on other gear. This method brings up some other issues, though:
