The world ofCyberpunk 2077runs on money. Night City is a massive city where if you want to get to the top, you aregoing to need to get your hands on a lot of Eurodollars(or eddies, for short). And the game makes it clear that you are starting from the bottom when you create your V, as there are not a lot of eddies in your possession.

And with how dominant the currency is, you are going to need to find a way to make a lot of it fast. Luckily,there are a few optionsat your disposal if you want to build your wealth as fast as possible. If you follow these few things, then you will be rolling in eddies sooner than you may think.
Do Side Gigs
Possibly the best way to earn eddies in the game is by going through the various Side Gigs that will be offered to you as you play the game. They may seem tedious and time-consuming, but you can get a good chunk of eddies in completing them.
For one, you get a flat amount from the Fixers when you have finished the Gig, but there are always a ton of opportunities to loot some eddies off of downed enemies or crates scattered around the level. You always want to loot everything you can, which brings up the next option you have for some quick money-making.

Loot Everything And Sell It
There are a lot of items to loot in the game, and you may be hesitant to pick everything up to maintain some open inventory space. However, if you are serious about making money,you are going to want to loot everything. All you have to do is loot enough stuff that you won’t need or use, take it to the nearest vendor, andsell it.
While each item might not fetch the highest price individually when you sell so many at the same time, thatadds up quickly. Do this a few times, and you will have some serious cash to spend.
Take Part In Assaults In Progress
You can find these events all around the map, and they serve as small, little battles for you to take part in where youstop some criminalsor corrupt characters from doing whatever it is that they are doing. You can get a good amount of eddies by completing these events, as theyleave a lot of bodies to loot off of, and also have plenty of crates around the area that can have money nestled in them too.
When the game starts, the map will be littered with them as well, so youdon’t have to worry about not finding any. It would be hard not to come across some.

Do Some Hacking
Another thing that is scattered around Night City is the ports thatV can hack into. You will likely use panels like this throughout the game’s main missions as well, but there is a ton that you can find just about anywhere. And nearly all of them will have youget some eddies for completing the hacking puzzle.
There are three tiers to it, and if you are able to complete the third tier, then you’re able to get the most amount of it. You can also completeall three of them at once- if you’re lucky. Doing so will get you a good amount of eddies right in your pocket.
