The Barbarians card is one of the earliest troops inClash Royaleto receive theCard Evolutiontreatment. This is, in fact, a game-changer for this unit, which was never a top pick for the veteran players up until very recently.

With the new Card Evolution feature, you now have the ability to deploy an enhanced version of Barbarians on the battlefield and significantly benefit from the unit’s increased hitpoints and health bar. So, Barbarians are indeed pretty powerful now, and you sure want to use that to your advantage with the right deck.
5The Crushers
If all you need from a deck is great power to rush forward and destroy towers one after another, this should be your top choice. WhileMega Knightand Barbarians will lead the way forward to take down the crown tower, Arrows, Fireball, Bats, and Magic Archer all could be effective support units for the pushing duo.
The significant amount of spells that this deck gives you is enough to remove any distractions or obstacles that could potentially waste Mega Knight’s health. However, you need to be careful with your Elixir economy as the average cost for this deck is a bit expensive.

4Prince’s Army
Centered around Prince, this deck can give you a significant edge against enemies focusing on Giants or rushing troops such as Ram Rider and Hog Rider. Even Balloon won’t have a chance against this deck.
Thanks to Night Witch, Electro Wizard, and Skeleton Dragons, this deck will help you deny most aerial threats easily, while Prince, Valkyrie, and Barbarians are your main attacking options to take down crown towers. The Log and Barbarian Barrel will also help you get rid of spammers and distract the opponent’s troops.

3Pekka Frontline
Few troops in Clash Royale can go shoulder-to-shoulder with Pekka when it comes to the amount of damage dealt with a single hit. Now, imagine populating this giant swordsman’s surroundings with five Barbarians and supporting them all with a Firecracker and Bats.
Of course, there are still counters for such a push, but that’s why we have Wizard and Ice Spirit in this deck to help you keep the threats away. Inferno Dragon will mostly serve as a defensive unit next to Bomb Tower to help you get rid of big boys such as Mega Knight.

2Queen’s Wrath
Many still believe Archer Queen is overpowered, and while she is not, she is quite powerful when accompanied by the right units. This deck features Barbarians as prey and distraction units so that Archer Queen can easily complete her job.
So, you need to spawn Archer Queen at the far end of your side and wait until she is close enough to the bridge. Now, you should drop Barbarians in front of Archer Queen. In the meantime, you have two more options to reinforce the crew. If the enemy is trying to spam your troops, you need to deploy your Poison in the area between the bridge and the crown tower. If the opponent tries to buy time by placing buildings on the way, you can deploy your Battle Ram to get rid of the building pretty quickly.

1The Unstoppables
Barbarians might be vulnerable against troops such as Valkyrie, but if you manage to actively heal the crew, they will become a force to be reckoned with. Battle Healer is one the greatest options ever to accompany the Barbarians. If you manage to spawn her right in the middle of the crew, you will have a high chance of crushing the crown tower — but of course, they will still need support from behind.
This is where Firecracker and Ice Spirit come in. Basically, you need to deploy your Battle Healer behind King’s Tower, and once she is close to the bridge, drop your Barbarians in a way that they surround her, allowing all Barbarians to stay within healing range. When the crew is on the bridge, deploy Firecracker and Ice Spirit behind them. Ice Spirit will basically buy some time for them to deal with any threat ahead, while Firecracker can remove the aerial defenders.
