We already knew that the next major content update forWorld of Warcraft,Patch 11.0.7, was due on December 17th. Today, we learn more about what to expect from thenewest zone forThe War Withinexpansion, the Siren Isle.
Siren Isle brings an engaging outdoor endgame experience that can cater to all types of players.For example, endgame players will be able to obtain a ring that gives players an edge not just on the Siren Isle but provide them with an edge at the end of Season 1 ofThe War Within, as well as the start of Season 2.At the other end of the spectrum, transmog outfits and mounts will be available, including unused in-game files that haven’t been used before.

That’s not all forWorld of Warcraftfans. Plunderstorm, the formerly limited-time event inspired by Battle Royale games, is making its triumph return next month.
Blizzard is introducing several improvements to the experience, including a practice lobby to hone your skills, an improved starting drop, new abilities to experience, new rewards, and more.
As for content outside of the Siren Isle and Plunderstorm, Blizzard teases two storyline updates. Epilogue questlines for the Kirin Tor and Dalaran will be available, featuring Harronir, a mysterious figure who played a “starring role” inThe War Within’s release cinematic.
