Black Ops 6beta has kicked off, giving players the first taste of the latestCall of Dutygame. Players who preordered the game can now play it on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox or use the Game Pass to access it.

While everyone is occupied with their first few matches in the game, the beta is also a great way to find out hidden mechanics, and this is exactly what has happened. According to a few players who have tested out the beta, there is a hidden mechanic involving the aim assist.
Aim Assist in Black Ops 6 Isn’t Exactly Like Other Games
Aim assists have become a common feature in FPS games as they help players ensure that their bullets hit the target in tough situations. This is especially important in consoles, where shooting while amidst a movement is less accurate compared to mouse and keyboard combinations.

Whether this isTreyarch’sintention is yet to be confirmed, but it’s certainly going to affect how console players and controller users play the game. Overall, it is going to reduce the accuracy of their damage potential in close-range battles.
This feature also raises the question of whether we will see crossplay in the game in the long run. If aim assist doesn’t work, players using a keyboard and mousewill have an obvious advantage over others. Furthermore, this could seriously impact the ranked queues, leading to an unbalanced environment.
