Because this one epic scene from Book 2 of the series could totally shut all those doubters up and remind everyone just how awesome our favorite benders truly are!

Can Team Aang Handle the Villains ofThe Legend of Korra? Yes, Absolutely, No Doubt About It!

While it’s true that the world inThe Legend of Korrais vastly different from what we saw inAvatar: The Last Airbender, with more than just four bending styles and a plethora of new techniques, the possibilities are endless. This evolution naturally gave rise to formidable villains, leading some fans to doubt whether Aang and the gang could stand up to them.

“He literally says she’s too quick when that’s obviously a lie”: Avatar The Last Airbender Made One of Its Biggest Blunders During Aang vs Azula

Villains like Amon, Kuvira, and Queen Hou-Ting are among the strongest, raising the question of whether the Gaang could take them on. This debate is far from simple! It’s safe to say that the Season 1 Gaang might have struggled against some of these foes. However, bySeason 3,they would have been ready to tackle anyone that came their way. Aang would easily handle Unalaq, thanks to him BEING THE AVATAR, and Toph, who literally invented metal bending, would give Kuvira a run for her money.

Zaheer and his crew present a different challenge entirely, he’s a tough antagonist for anyone to face, but nothing they cannot handle. Amon poses his own unique difficulties due to his blood-bending skills, but as we saw with Adult Aang facing Yakone, it ultimately wouldn’t be a problem for Aang, especially if he can tap into the Avatar State when necessary and if he does struggle, Katara would definitely come to the rescue.
