“I ended up having to choose between going to the screen test for Top Gun: Maverick or saying yes to Quentin Tarantino.”
However, he has long been eyeing to work with the legendary filmmaker which eventually helped him in choosing his path.
“I’d already met with him, so I did that.”
Elsewhere, he praised Tarantino for creating a great environment on set before adding that it was his dream to work with him.Meanwhile, the movie ended up getting critical acclaim from moviegoers praising Tarantino’s direction and actors’ performance among other aspects. It also won two of the ten nominations at the 92nd Academy Awards.
