Dr. Westreich also offered insight into the potential surgeries Stallone may have pursued over the years to keep up with his appearance.“It is known that Sly has had a face left at some point,”he claimed while pointing out that he may also had his“upper lids”done.

However, it is also important to note that the surgeon has not personally examined or treated Stallone and that his remarks are based on conjecture rather than direct medical evaluation.

A 1992 report fromPeople, discussed an incident that led the Hollywood star to have a facelift to repair the facial nerve damage he suffered as a child. The report highlighted that due to being delivered with forceps at birth the nerves on the left side of his face were damaged, resulting in a crooked mouth.

When he lost a significant amount of weight for his role inRocky, it caused sagging on one side of his face. To fix this issue, the actor underwent surgical lifting on the left side of his face. Stallone has acknowledged the scar behind his left ear, a result of the surgery, which some mistake for a facelift scar.

“People see this scar and think I’ve had a face-lift,”he said as he argued that he does not have a similar scar on the right side of his face. He even went on to quip,“What do they think? That I could only afford to have half of it done?”

The actor also shared a positive attitude towards the concept and has argued in its support.“Sure. Why not do it?”he said when asked about pursuing plastic surgery. However, the action star has also not publicly addressed claims about his altering appearance recently, leaving room for speculation regarding potential cosmetic procedures.
