Assassin’s Creed Mirageis a return to some of the earlier entries in the franchise. This means it has a much larger focus on stealth elements such as infiltration, theft, and assassinations over the entries that preceded it — which feature a larger focus on combat and RPG elements.

For this mission, players will need to sneak into a restricted area. Being undetected will be the most efficient way of going about completing this mission by collecting all the samples you need from various containers. There is no requirement to complete this mission without killing anyone, so feel free to useEnkiduto mark the guards and thenuse your toolsto dispatch them.

Collecting The Samples
The Botanist in question is being held by the authorities and hispanaceais only being provided to aprivileged few. Basim will need to usestealthtosteala sample of thismedicineto help the less fortunate who do not have access to it. Start by making your way to thePharmacy of HaylanahinAbbasiyah— undetected. There are guards all around this complex.Stay hiddenandassassinatethem while they areisolatedfrom one another.
A good idea is to make use of yourwhistle while hidden in flowersto lure one of the guards over.Circle around to get behindthem while they approach the location of the whistle. Take them outsilentlywhile alsohiding their bodyin the process. You will need to gather severalclues, so use yourEagle visionto seehighlightedobjects.Do not use any of the heavy loads hanging from above.These can be loud and draw unwanted attention near your position.
You will need to takesamplesfrom some of thevarious jarsin the area that are marked with a white “X” on them. To enter this area undetected, you will need to use anadjacent buildingto hop to one of the corners of the area. Useeagle visionto verify no guards arewatchingthe area as you enter. A good option is to come from thesoutheast. You will find awooden beamthat reaches out toanother wooden breamthat you can easily clear.
Another entrance option is to start from thesouth wall. Turn left and follow along the wall, and you will find acrack in itby some tall grass, you’re able to use this to enter the area, but there areseveral guardsin this corner. You will need to know where each of them are, andwhere they are looking, at all times.
Climbing up theelevated partof the building on this corner will also give you a greatviewof theflower fieldsto map out your path. You will find one of thejarsthat you need tosearchnear thered flowerfield on thenorthside. Another one of these jars can be found near themiddleof the area. You will find it locatedsoutheastof thered flower field from the first jar— you canhighlightit by using yourEagle Vision. Lastly, go up thefirst flight of stairson thewestside and climb along thewindowsills before the second flight.
There is aguardstationed at thetopof the second flight, so it is best to avoid going up to this area altogether. This is also why it is abetter choiceto access this area at the start by coming from thesoutheastside of the map. After making it to thesecond windowsill,there will be someguards past the doorframe. After they exchange somedialogue, they will move along and allow you the opportunity toslip into the room. Take yourfinal samplefrom thepots along the wall.

Delivering The Samples
Now that you have collected enough samples, you will need todeliverthem to complete this mission. Provided you havenot left any bodies lying aroundfor other guards to discover, this will not be a challenge. From the window you are in, you canLeap of Faithinto awagonfilled withflowersin the same way you would leap into a bale of hay. From this wagon, you can move intoone of the flower fields on either sidewhile nobody is looking your way. Looksoutheastof this wagon, and you will see somestone stepsyou can walk up. You will see somemore stairsstraight ahead that turn to theright. Make your way to the tops of therovesof this area.
From here, you may headsouthwestto jump to theadjacent building’s straw canopy. Then move onto itsroof. Go to the other side of this building andscale down itto safety. You will see astream of waterslightly more to thesouthwest. You can use this to swim andavoidany guard’s gaze. While you may not be in a restricted area, you will bepassing through oneif you get too close to theshore— you need toremain undetected. Make your way to thequest markerand you will swimunderneatha bridge. Climb out on theright-hand sideand go to thequest markeron the edge of the bridge to find aplanterwhere you candrop off the samples.
