Margot Robbie Wants To Be Surprised By Lady Gaga’s Harley Quinn
Margot Robbiehas redefined the on-screen live-action version of Harley Quinn. The actor’s charismatic performance was hailed by fans and critics andLady Gagais all set to play the iconic DC character many fans are curious about how Robbie feels about it. At the Variety and Entertainment Tonight’s Golden Globe 2024 Awards digital pre-show, host Marc Malkin asked the same question to theBarbiestar. Robbie was quite enthusiastic about it.
“Oh my god, she’s going to crush it. Are you kidding? She’s going to be amazing, I can’t wait to see it,”Robbie said (viaPeople).
However, Robbie revealed that she has not talked to Gaga about the role in her upcoming crime musical.“I actually haven’t spoke to her about it,”Robbie said.“I almost don’t want to know so I can save it for the surprise when I get to see the movie,”she added. Clearly, Robbie is all set and happy to pass on the legacy of the role.

Regardless, Robbie was happy seeing other actors stepping up to take over the role, especially Gaga, knowing that she would do marvel dancing on the tune with the character.
“It makes me so happy because I said from the very beginning, all I want is for Harley Quinn to be one of those characters, the way Macbeth or Batman always gets passed from great actor to great actor. And I feel like in not so many cases are they female characters. Queen Elizabeth I, but like beyond that — which I got to have a crack at as well, which I was honored to do.
