Like Remedy’s latest title, the game offers excellent visual fidelity and punches way above its weight class. The game’s world is unsettling; the characters and NPCs feel nuanced, and ultimately, the game will leave you wanting more.

AnotherBloober Teamgame on this list, Blair Witch, is a more conventional horror video game than others. The game relies more on conventional methods of horror art forms like eerie surroundings, jump scares, and unsettling sound design.
One of the reasons why the game received flack was that the story felt a little difficult to piece together. However, this might very well be the game’s highlight for Horror video game enthusiasts looking for mind-bending thrills.
It has multiple endings, and the game spares no chance to convince you that you are not alone and that someone is consistently watching you. If one considers oneself a horror video game connoisseur, trying this one out is a no-brainer.

A lot of video games in the survival horror genre include an aspect of defensive and offensive combat to survive. However, a lot of such games do not end up feeling that scary due to a multitude of reasons.
The Evil Within, however, puts you in the shoes of a detective in charge of investigating a mass murder at a mental hospital. And as you progress in the game’s story, things become even more confusing. Suddenly, one can find oneself in a supernatural environment, going against beings that appear nightmarish.
