Adin Ross has found himself in trouble yet again with the staff over at Twitch, as the content creator has found himself banned from the streaming platform for a fourth and possibly final time.
It’s clear Ross is no novice when it comes to being banned from Twitch. It was only a little over a month ago that he was banned for an incident that occurred inGTARP. you may check out more about Adin’s third Twitch ban at the link below. Or keep reading to find out about the streamers most recent run-in with Twitch.
Who Is Adin Ross?
Adin Ross is a popular YouTuber and Twitch streamer, with over 700k followers on his YouTube channel and the same on Twitter. He often streams games such asGTAover on his Twitch channel, whilst his YouTube videos consist of more real-life vlogs.
In the world of Twitch, Ross is fairly new to streaming consistently, as the 20-year-old only began in 2019. Even in such a short amount of time though, Ross has gained over 4 million followers on the streaming platform.
Unfortunately, though, his career on Twitch may have just come to an end.
Why Was He Banned From Twitch?
Although Twitch does not publicly discuss the reason for streamers getting banned, Adin has revealed exactly why he was banned over on his personal Twitter account. Ross said:
“I was at a red light during my irl stream and I read chat off of my phone. I am 100% in the wrong Iâm so sorry. Idk when Iâm gonna be back tho ⦠Iâm shaking rn Iâm so sorry I feel horrible.”
As Ross points out in his tweet, he was banned from Twitch for reading his Twitch chat on his phone whilst driving. Of course, as many of his fans will be aware, using your phone whilst driving is illegal. It’s clear that Ross understands the severity of his mistake
As pointed out byDexerto on Twitter, Adin Ross was not actually stopped at a red light when he read his phone, as he said in his statement. In a clip shared onDexerto’s Twitter, it’s clear to see that Ross was checking his phone whilst actively driving.
Is It Permanent?
So, after a total of 4 bans in such a short amount of time, could this one be permanent? The streamer believes it could be. In his statement on Twitter, Ross said:
“Just got banned in twitch. I think it’s a perm guys…”
Now, Twitch has not and likely will not comment on the ban, but Adin himself has alluded to the ban being permanent. If this is true, he will not be able to continue streaming on the platform.
